Recycling Yards
Our 3 recycling yards admeasuring 10,845 Sq Meter helps us to receive large inventories and process it from end to end. Located strategically in Alang which is world’s largest shipbreaking yard helps us to get access to various types of metal grades coming out of ship demolition. Access to different metal grades gives us advantage to cater to AOD plants & various foundries in different sectors helping us to mitigate sectoral risk..
Niton XRF Analyser
We use the latest calibrated XRF handheld spectrometers to accurately grade & sort the material. Where a full chemical assay is insisted by the client, we use external fully accredited NABL laboratories that have specific expertise in the material being tested. Such stringent sorting and grading ensure that customers get material grade ordered of desired specifications.
Hacksaw & Bandsaw Machines
Fully equipped workshop to handle & cut large size propellers & other metals grades etc. 13 Nos of Hacksaw and Bandsaw machines to cut precise and accurate dimensions required by the clients. The facility helps us to cut material from the size 1200 mm x 1200 mm to 100 mm x 240 mm making material aptly suitable for large & small furnaces. This gives us advantage to manage weight of the material per piece as low as 25 kgs making scrap handling easy and fast.
Shearing Machine
It helps us to cut small to medium size thick plates with ease and less time. Machines has capability to cut plates upto the thickness of 20 mm. It provides clean and precise cutting for making furnace ready plate cuts.
Plasma Cutting
Plasma cutting helps us to cut large size plates upto 80 mm thick into small pieces which can be further put into shearing machine for small size cutting. It helps us to cut heavy material in less time making deliveries to the customer faster in case of heavy material.
Shot Blasting
Cleaning method to clean, strengthen and polish metal by use of metal shots. We can deliver material free of paint, coatings and dust thereby reducing furnace losses for our clients. This facility gives benefit to cater to various foundries where there is stringent requirement of quality for the scrap.
Baling Machine
Tubes, turnings & sheets can be pressed into small sized bales measuring from 6” x 6” x 6” upto 9” x 9” x 9”. Bailing machine helps to compress large volume scrap into dense scrap thereby reducing the transportation cost, yield loss and ease of handling for foundry team.
Press Machine
Our advanced press machine compresses materials into compact sizes, optimizing storage and transportation. This powerful asset enhances our operational efficiency, ensuring consistent and uniform results for all industrial applications.
Forklift
